What to include
- Bug reports — please include your browser, device, and the calculator you were using. A screenshot helps.
- Scale or conversion requests — let us know the country and university whose scale you want supported, plus a link to their published table if possible.
- Press / partnerships — short pitch in the first email, please. We respond faster to specific asks than open-ended introductions.
- Privacy / data requests — see our privacy policy; we hold no personal data, but we will confirm in writing on request.
What we do not do
- Tutoring — we are a calculator suite, not a tutoring service.
- Transcript evaluation — for official US-equivalent transcripts, use WES, ECE, or SpanTran.
- Custom GPA lookups — we cannot calculate your GPA on your behalf; the calculators are designed to be used yourself.
